![]() ![]() ![]() It's just in Pop! where the problem is happening. I have no problem sharing folders via Virtualbox using regular Ubuntu or other Linux systems. Beyond adding my account to the vboxfs group, I haven't messed with permissions or groups. It appears that some files owner/group is being change to nobody/nogroup. For example: $ sudo chown stuque test_small.txtĬhown: changing ownership of 'test_small.txt': Value too large for defined data type ![]() I sometimes also sometimes get the error "Value too large for defined data type." when I run other simple file commands. I can't cd into a folder because I no longer have permission. I am experimenting with Pop!, and when I share folders using the Virtualbox shared folder feature, then I can read/write my shared folders, but then access errors start to occur after a few minutes, e.g. My VM is running Linux, and the host is Windows 10 and according to systeminfo virtualization is enabled in firmware. I am using Virtualbox 6.1, with Guest Additions installed. ![]()
